As President, Justin leads Apexon’s Commercial organization, spearheading growth in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Emerging Tech verticals. He also oversees the UK business, the UI/UX and Salesforce service lines, and commercial support functions, including presales, marketing, alliances, and sales operations.
Previously, Justin served as Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director at Endava, where he played a pivotal role in global digital expansion, leading North American and global industry P&Ls, establishing a close-to-client strategy and consulting organization, and transforming customer experiences for Fortune 500 clients. He was instrumental in guiding Endava through critical milestones, including its successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Justin founded and led Nickelfish, a US-based digital agency delivering transformative solutions to global enterprises. The firm was acquired by Endava in 2015.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Justin is actively engaged in academia and philanthropy. He serves as a Board Member of Drew University, his alma mater, and is a Trustee of the Tri-County Scholarship Fund, which has provided thousands of scholarships to financially disadvantaged children in New Jersey.
